 * Company entered into the subscription and cancellation agreement with the subscriber 
 * Resumption of trading in the shares with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 3 December 2015 
 * Pursuant to deal co and subscriber to terminate first warrants deed of variations and second warrants deed of variations 
 * In consideration of cancellation of all first and second warrants, subscriber agreed to subscribe for 575.1 million shares
