May 31 (Reuters) - TOW Co Ltd  4767.T  : 
     
    * Says it plans to set up a joint venture (JV) named as 
Sports is Good, jointly with 1-10HOLDINGS, Inc and GEEK PICTURES 
Inc., on June 1 
    * Says new JV with registered capital of 30 million yen and 
to be mainly engaged in planning and producing of sports related 
activation  
    * TOW, 1-10HOLDINGS and GEEK PICTURES to hold a 51 percent 
stake, a 34 percent stake and a 15 percent stake respectively in 
JV
