March 14 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2000 GMT on Friday:

** Russian aluminium giant Rusal on Friday said it had agreed to buy a 26% stake in an Indian alumina refinery owner for $243.75 million and to acquire up to 50% in stages, a move that should reduce its reliance on third-party raw materials. nL8N3PX1MY

** Mutual Capital Group has completed its previously announced acquisition of ICC Holdings, the parent company of Illinois Casualty Company, in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $73.8 million. nL6N3PX0KI

** PepsiCo PEP.O is in advanced talks to buy healthier soda brand Poppi, Bloomberg News reported on Friday, citing people with knowledge of the matter. nL4N3PX170

** British convenience food manufacturer Greencore GNC.L said it had made two possible bids to Bakkavor BAKK.L for a potential acquisition, both of which were rejected by the rival. nL4N3PX15P

** Liberty Global  has approached Britain's Vodafone  for a possible acquisition of its stake in their Dutch joint venture VodafoneZiggo, Bloomberg News reported, citing people familiar with the matter. nL4N3PX0WP

** Recycled metal products maker Radius Recycling RDUS.O said on Thursday it had entered into a definitive merger agreement with Toyota Tsusho America, a U.S. subsidiary of Japanese trading house Toyota Tsusho Corp (TTC) 8015.T. nL4N3PW1OX

** Home brokerage Compass COMP.N is in advanced talks to acquire Warren Buffett's real-estate brokerage business, the Wall Street Journal reported on Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter. nL4N3PW1IH
