Toyota Tsusho America to acquire Radius Recycling in $1.34 billion deal
March 13 (Reuters) - Recycled metal products maker Radius Recycling RDUS.O said on Thursday it had entered into a definitive merger agreement with Toyota Tsusho America, a U.S. subsidiary of Toyota Tsusho Corp 8015.T. Toyota Tsusho America will acquire all shares of Radius for $30 per share in cash, implying a total enterprise value of about $1.34 billion.
