** Shares of Swoop Holdings SWP.AX rise as much as 33.7% to A$0.12, their highest level since May 15
** Set to log best day since January 28 if current gains hold
** Telecom co's unit enters mobile wholesale partnership with TPG Telecom TPG.AX 
** Deal gives unit access to TPG’s national mobile network on a wholesale basis
** About 574,000 shares change hands, 6.8 times the 30-day avg
** Stock down ~5% YTD, including the session's moves
