Trade Desk names Nate Olmstead as CFO June 1 (Reuters) - Trade Desk TTD.O on Monday named former Logitech International executive Nate Olmstead as its chief financial officer to drive sustained accelerated growth and scale for the advertising tech firm.
Here are some details:
Olmstead, age 54, will be taking up the role as of July 9, replacing chief accounting officer Tahnil Davis, who is currently serving as the company's interim CFO.
Olmstead previously served as CFO of artificial intelligence infrastructure and technology firm Penguin Solutions and held senior finance roles at Hewlett Packard Company and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
Davis, an 11-year veteran of Trade Desk, will continue to serve as its chief accounting officer, the company said.
Trade Desk named Tahnil Davis as interim CFO in January, after Alex Kayyal, who was appointed to the role in August last year, stepped down.
