Executive Director Deferred Share Bonus Plan ('DSBP') Award Notification

 

The Company announces that on 19 May 2022 the Executive Directors noted below
were granted conditional awards under the Deferred Share Bonus Plan over
ordinary shares of Trainline plc deferring a portion of their FY2022 Annual
Bonus.
