** Airport quick service restaurants operator says CBI has alleged irregularities with 2012-2013 concessionaire contracts for food services in Chennai and Kolkata airports

** Adds, subsidiaries, Travel Food Services Kolkata and Travel Food Services Chennai, which merged into the co in September, named in first information report

** Case was disclosed in pre-IPO prospectus, co says

** TAVE up about 13.5% since July 14 debut
