** Co notches valuation of $1.67 bln rupees

** Analysts say subdued listing in a weak market, sentiments influenced by uncertainties over India's trade negotiations with the U.S.

** Benchmark Nifty 50 index .NSEI edges 0.15% lower .BO

** Offering comprised on only offer for sale, with co's largest shareholder - the Kapur Family Trust - offloading a stake worth 20 billion rupees, or 13.81%, at the top end of the price band
