Minerals PLS.AX to acquire 100% interest in tenement in
strategic base metal exploration tenement adjacent to its

** Adds that tenement highly prospective for both new gold
and base metal discoveries
** Says deal for A$300,000 ($209,820.00), payable in TKM
shares plus a 2.5% royalty
