    The Italian energy companies said on Friday that the
conditions had been fulfilled for their partnership on the
Algeria-Italy gas pipelines, and the closing is expected by
mid-January.
    ENEL  ENEI.MI , INTESA SAN PAOLO  ISP.MI 
    Mooney, a payments firm controlled by Intesa Sanpaolo and
Enel groups, will start its electronic toll service by mid-2023,
Salvatore Borgese, general manager commercial&banking services
at Mooney, told il Messaggero newspaper on Saturday.
    GEFRAN SPA  GFRN.MI 
    Subsidiary Gefran Siei Drives Technology entered into
agreement with WEG Automation Equipment for the sale of the
relevant Chinese business unit for 2.98 million euros, out of an
overall of agreement for the sale of the Drives Business equal
to 23 million euros, the company said on Saturday.
    STAR7 SPA  STAR7.MI 
    Star7 said on Saturday it took a "decisive step" towards the
acquisition of CAAR, signing a lease agreement for the Business
division.
