 * Says proposed disposal of 29.0% interest in terratech group limited 
 * Says on 4 January 2016, entered into a sale and purchase agreement 
 * Says company is expected to recognise a net gain from the proposed disposal 
   of approximately S$8.6 million 
 * Says pursuant to agreement co has agreed to sell a 29.0% shareholding 
   interest in company's subsidiary 
 * Says aggregate consideration for the proposed disposal is s$12.5 million 
 * Says proposed disposal has no impact to the company's issued share capital
