Australia's graphite miner Triton Minerals jumps on capital raise

** Shares of Triton Minerals Ltd  TON.AX  soar as much as
12.12% to A$0.037, heading for their best day since Aug. 13
    ** Graphite miner hits its highest since Aug. 19, extends
gains from Wednesday
    ** TON to raise https://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20210923/pdf/450srf051mhtsk.pdf
 A$9.8 mln($7.09 mln) via non-renounceable entitlement issue,
with eligible shareholders getting four new shares for every 19
shares held by them
    ** Issue price of A$0.041 per new share is at a 24.24%
premium to stock's last close on Wednesday 
    ** Co to issue 238.8 mln new shares, representing 21% of its
shares on issue - Refinitiv Eikon
    ** More than 6.3 mln shares change hands, over 8x their
30-day average 
    ** Stock down 35.29% this year, as of last close
