to A$0.012, set for best day since June 24, if gains hold    
    ** Miner says it agreed to divest 70% of Mozambique graphite
assets for A$17 mln ($11.30 mln) in cash
    ** Stock hits highest level since June 25    
    ** About 1.3 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 743,545
    ** TON down 52.2% YTD, as of last close
