June 18 (Reuters) - Troax Group publ AB TROAX.ST :
* Initiated a merger process with Troax Corp AB (publ) with
Troax Group as surviving company assuming Troax Corp
* Says merger is expected to be completed during Sept. 2015
* Says following registration of merger with Swedish
Companies Registration Office, Troax Corp will be dissolved and
its assets and debts will be assumed by Troax Group
* No merger compensation will be paid
