    ** U.S. automotive retailer Autonation  AN.N  said it will
acquire about 6.1% minority stake in Truecar  NFWN32B2YR 
    ** Autonation shares untraded premarket
    ** YTD, AN shares are up 3.12%, while TRUE has tumbled 42.6%
