** Shares of True North Copper Ltd  TNC.AX  rise as much as
8.6% to A$0.190, their highest level since Oct. 2
    ** Copper miner completes drill program at Wallace North
area at its Cloncurry Project in Queensland
    ** Says drilling has increased Wallace North mineral
resource by 14% 
    ** Says copper-gold shoots remain open at depth and will be
a target for future drilling at the project 
    ** TNC up ~46% this year, as of last close
