** Metals miner says it has secured A$42 million ($27.58
million) of funding with Nebari Natural Resources Fund
** Co says funds will be used to refinance environmental
bond, among others
** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct gain since Jan. 24
** Trading vol closing in on 2x the 30-day daily avg
** TNC down about 5.7% for the month
** Stock fell 12.7% last year
