Transactions in own shares

 

Trustpilot Group plc ("Trustpilot" or the "Company") announces that in the
period 20 April 2026 to 24 April 2026, it purchased in aggregate 311,091 of
its ordinary shares of £0.01 each (the "Ordinary Shares") on the London Stock
Exchange from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch (trading for these purposes as
Deutsche Numis) ("Deutsche Numis"), in accordance with the terms of the share
buyback programme announced on 17 March 2026 (the "Buyback Programme"). Full
details are set out below:

Trustpilot intends to cancel all of the purchased shares.

Since 25 March 2026, the date of commencement of the Buyback Programme, the
Company has purchased 830,782 Ordinary Shares for cancellation, at a cost
(excluding dealing and associated costs) of ~£1,849,341.

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (as
incorporated into UK domestic law by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act
