June 1 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions
and disposals were reported by 1100 GMT on Tuesday:

    ** Private-equity firms KKR & Co  KKR.N  and Clayton
Dubilier & Rice LLC (CD&R) are nearing a deal to take Cloudera
Inc  CLDR.N  private at a valuation of $4.7 billion, Bloomberg
News reported on Monday, citing a person familiar with the

    ** Dye & Durham Ltd  DND.TO , a Canadian cloud-based
software maker, has received a buyout offer from a
management-led shareholder group worth about C$3.4 billion ($2.8
billion), less than a year after its flotation on the Toronto

    ** Novartis  NOVN.S  has signed a collaboration agreement
and option to acquire Cellerys, a Zurich-based startup
conducting research on a therapy to fight multiple sclerosis,

    ** Taiwan has given conditional approval for Taishin
Financial Holding Co's  2887.TW  purchase of Prudential

    ** A consortium led by private-equity firm KKR  KKR.N  and

said on Tuesday it had sold a portion of its German portfolio to
