Deferred Share Bonus Plan

 

 

TT Electronics plc (the "Company") announces that conditional awards of
ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") were granted on 2 April
2026 under the Company's Deferred Share Bonus Plan to an Executive Director of
the Company.

 

In accordance with the Remuneration Policy, 30 per cent of the 2025 short-term
incentive award to Executive Directors typically is deferred into Shares.
Awards will vest on the second anniversary of grant.
