Block Listing Application
A block listing application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for
trading on the main market for a block admission of 18,000,000 ordinary shares
of 10p each in the Company.
The new ordinary shares will be issued from time to time to satisfy the issue
of shares pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Employee
Share Award Plan (8,000,000) and the Tullow Incentive Plan (10,000,000).
It is expected that admission will become effective on or around 27 May 2026.
The shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects
with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company.
