("Tungsten West", the "Company" or the "Group")
EPC Agreement for New Build Crushing, Screening and Ore Sorter Facility
Tungsten West (LON:TUN), the mining company focused on restarting production
at the Hemerdon tungsten and tin mine ("Hemerdon" or the "Project") in Devon,
UK, is pleased to announce that the Company has signed a heads of terms with
Duo Group ("Duo") for the Engineering Procurement and Construction ("EPC")
works package for the New Build Crushing, Screening and Ore Sorter Facility
("New Build Construction") at Hemerdon. The agreement is contingent upon the
completion of a final formal construction contract and the conclusion of
Project financing, which is being advanced.
Duo is a full-service processing solutions specialist for the aggregates,
mining, recycling and environmental sectors throughout the UK. Additionally,
Duo is the national partner for the sales and servicing of fixed Metso
equipment across the UK. Metso will provide all the major fixed equipment
components for the New Build Construction of the Project.
