   The international rating agency Fitch Ratings has affirmed on May 18,
   2026, Garanti BBVA's Long-Term Foreign Currency and Local Currency IDRs at
   "BB-" and maintained the Outlooks at Stable. Additionally, Fitch Ratings
   has affirmed Garanti BBVA's Viability Rating at "bb-".
