Regarding the Credit Ratings
International credit rating agency S&P Global Ratings revised the outlook on bank from "Stable" to "Negative"; and the Long-term Turkey National Scale Rating on bank from trAA to trAA-. The rating agency affirmed bank's other ratings. 
According to the disclosure made by S&P Global Ratings, the aforementioned changes were made pursuant to the outlook revision on the Republic of Turkey to "Negative" on 27 January 2017.
