** MoU establishes framework for 2 companies to pursue aerospace and defence supply chain opportunities, with a focus on defence offset programmes; collaboration will initially focus on India
** More than 3 mln shares traded as of 9:26 A.M. IST, nearly their 30-day moving avg of about 3.4 mln shares
** TVSS last up 5.5%, adding to YTD gains of 12.2%
