** TVS Supply Chain Solutions TVSS.NS shares rise 15% to 139.61 rupees
** Japan-based logistics and engineering company Sankyu 9065.T to buy 0.5% stake in co 
** TVS signs MOU with Sankyu to focus on opportunities in India, which are later expected to expand into Asia, Middle-East and Africa
     ** "The companies will explore opportunities to deliver enhanced value through a broader portfolio of solutions spanning logistics, warehousing, transportation, engineering services, maintenance and on-site industrial support," - TVS
** TVSS trades at forward 12-month PE of 28.58, in-line with the industry median 
** YTD, stock up 24.8%
