Japanese non-ferrous metal shares fall on U.S. sanction delay

** Tokyo Stock Exchange's non-ferrous metal index  .INFRO.T 
drops as much as 1.8 pct to become worst performer among 33
industry sub-indexes
    ** Aluminuim price  CMAL3  has fallen nearly 9 pct after the
United States extended the deadline for sanctions on Russian
aluminium producer Rusal  0486.HK   urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nL1N1S018U
    ** Mitsubishi Materials  5711.T  falls up to 1.2 pct, UACJ
 5741.T  drops as much as 2.2 pct, and Nippon Light Metal
 5703.T  slips as much as 2.4 pct
    ** The sector has been under pressure ever since U.S.
President Donald Trump announced steel and aluminium tariffs on
March 1
    ** The non-ferrous metal index dropped 2.4 pct since then,
compared with 1.1 pct rise in Topix  .TOPX
