** The network infrastructure company posts Q4 adj. EPS of $3.54, beating estimates of $2.23, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Reports Q4 revenues of $759.2 mln, beating estimates of $634.1 mln, according to data compiled by LSEG

** UI says revenue growth driven by its enterprise technology platform, along with some contribution from its service provider technology platform

** Co to repurchase up to $500 mln of its common stock

** As of last close, the shares have risen ~18% YTD
