** Co posts Q4 adj. EPS of $4.73, up from $3.54 a year ago
** Reports Q4 revenue of $937.3, up around 23.5% over the year earlier
** Results driven by increase in revenue from Enterprise Technology platform, offsetting a decrease in revenues in Service Provider Technology platform - co
** UI also announces $1 per-share cash dividend
** As of last close, stock up 3.7% YTD
