Result of Annual General Meeting

UIL Finance Limited (the "Company") held its 2024 Annual General Meeting of
its sole shareholder on 14 November 2024.  All the resolutions, which were
proposed as ordinary resolutions, were passed unanimously and comprised the
following:

 

 1. To receive the Company's Accounts and the Reports of the Directors and
 Auditor
 2. To elect Mr Durhager
 3. To re-elect Mr Bridges
 4. To re-elect Ms Hill
 5. To re-elect Mr Shillson
 6. To appoint KPMG Audit Limited as auditor of the Company
 7. To authorise the Directors to determine the auditor's remuneration
 8. To authorise the Company to purchase its own shares

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 16.3.6 (1), copies of the resolutions (other
than those resolutions comprising ordinary business) will shortly be made
