First quarter dividend declaration

 

The Board of UIL Limited has declared a first quarterly interim dividend of
2.00p per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 30 June 2026, which
will be paid on 9 January 2026 to shareholders on the register on 12 December
2025. The ordinary shares will go ex-dividend on 11 December 2025.
