Loan facility with GPLPF

 

As referred to in the announcement on 18 June 2025, UIL Limited ("UIL") has a
£24.0m loan facility from General Provincial Life Pension Fund Limited
("GPLPF") which matures on 31 October 2025.  UIL has currently drawn £13.1m
of the facility.  Since GPLPF holds 78.9% of UIL's ordinary shares it is
therefore classified as a related party for the purposes of DTR 7.3.

 

UIL has today agreed with GPLPF to extend the maturity date to 31 March
2026.  All other terms of the facility remain unchanged.
