First quarter dividend declaration

 

The Board of UIL Limited has declared a first quarterly interim dividend of
2.00p per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 30 June 2024, which
will be paid on 21 December 2023 to shareholders on the register on 1 December
2023. The ordinary shares will go ex-dividend on 30 November 2023.
