Loan facility with GPLPF

 

In the most recent half yearly report of UIL Limited ("UIL" or the "Company"),
UIL reported that, as at 31 December 2024, it had a £5.0m loan facility from
General Provincial Life Pension Fund Limited ("GPLPF") which matures on 31
October 2025 and bears interest at an annual rate of 10.5%.  In March 2025
the facility was increased to £8.0m and £7.25m of the facility has been
drawn.  GPLPF currently holds 78.3% of UIL's ordinary shares and is therefore
a related party for the purposes of DTR 7.3.

 

UIL has today agreed with GPLPF to increase the loan facility to £16.0m.
All other terms of the facility remain unchanged.
