* Says it will issue 417,600 new shares through private
placement
to Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd., with subscription date on July
10 and payment date on July 11
* Proceeds to be used for capital investment, investment
fund in
unit, loan repayment and operation fund
* Says its second biggest shareholder Tokyo Century
Corporation
8439.T will cut voting power in the company to 5.2 percent
from 10.7 percent, and will become the fourth biggest
shareholder of the company
