    * Says it plans to issue 570,000 new shares of its common
stock
and distribute 430,000 shares of its treasury common stock via
public offering
    * Says it plans to issue 150,000 new shares of its common
stock
via private placement, with subscription date on July 24 and
payment date on July 25
    * Says it plans to raise up to 3.07 billion yen in total
    * Proceeds will be mainly used for equipment investment fund
and
loan repayment
