Director Shareholding 
Pursuant to our obligations under AIM Rule 17, UniVision (AIM; UVEL) announces that Stephen Koo has re-organised his holding in the Company. Up Sky Investments Limited ("Up Sky"), a BVI investment holding company, transferred today its entire interest in its wholly owned subsidiary, UniVision Holdings Limited to Mr. Stephen Koo. The only consequence of the transfer is that Mr Stephen Koo is now the direct beneficial owner of UniVision Holdings Limited. 
In all other respects, Mr Stephen Koo's interest in UniVision remains unchanged. Mr Stephen Koo's interest remains as follows:
