UniVision (AIM: UVEL), the Hong Kong based group whose principal activities are the supply, design, installation and maintenance of closed-circuit television ("CCTV") and surveillance systems, and the sale of security related products, announces that LI Keung Hung, known as Edward Li, has tendered his resignation as a Director and will leave the Company, by mutual agreement, on 1 July 2021.  The Company is already looking to appoint a replacement and a further announcement will be made in due course.
