Update on Distribution of shares in Leader Smart Holdings Limited 
The distribution of Leader Smart Holdings Limited's ("Leader Smart") shares to qualifying shareholders of UniVision Engineering Limited ("UniVision") has now been completed. As previously announced, all UniVision shareholders who held shares as at close of business on 08 May 2015 (a qualifying shareholder) are entitled to receive shares in Leader Smart on a one share for one share basis. 
Leader Smart shares are fully transferrable and shareholder wishing to transfer or sell their shares should complete stock transfer forms and return share certificates for the attention of Danny Yip, c/o UniVision Engineering, FLAT/RM 01A, 2/F., Sunbeam Centre, 27 Shing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong in order for new share certificates to be issued and the share register to be updated. For the avoidance of doubt, there is no ISIN associated with Leader Smart shares and the shares are not currently quoted on any stock market or trading platform.
