Winding up petition dismissed

UniVision (AIM: UVEL), the Hong Kong based group whose principal activities
are the supply, design, installation and maintenance of closed-circuit
television (CCTV) and surveillance systems, and the sale of security related
products, announces that the Winding up petition brought against it by one of
its suppliers, namely, Synnex Technology International (HK) Limited, which was
first announced on 13 December 2022, has been dismissed by the High Court in
Hong Kong on 13 February 2023.
