RESOLVED ON A DIRECTED NEW SHARE ISSUE OF AN ADDITIONAL 3,756,667 SHARES TO THE INVESTORS AT A SUBSCRIPTION PRICE OF SEK 9.34
TRANCHE 1 WILL PROVIDE THE COMPANY WITH SEK 58 MILLION AND TRANCHE 2 WILL PROVIDE THE COMPANY WITH SEK 35 MILLION, TOTALING SEK 93 MILLION BEFORE TRANSACTION COSTS
