Board Changes

Unicorn Mineral Resources Plc, (LSE: UMR), announces that Executive Director,
Jason Brewer, has tendered his resignation due to family commitments.  Jason
will remain on the board as a non-executive director whilst the Board goes
through the process of appointing a new director. During this period, Antony
Legge will step up from Independent Non-Executive to become Interim CEO.

Commenting on the Board Changes, Paddy Doherty, Chairman, said:

"We are sorry that Jason will be stepping back but recognise his new family
commitments rightly take priority.  Jason has been instrumental in developing
the Company's move into Africa, for which we anticipate that the Klein Aub
transaction will be the first step."
