 ("Unicorn ", or the "Company")

 Director/PDMR Share Purchases
 Unicorn Mineral Resources Plc (LSE: UMR), a mineral exploration and
 development company based in Ireland exploring for zinc, lead, copper and
 silver, was informed on 26 July 2023 of a change in the ownership of a
 significant shareholder of the Company.

 In the Company's Prospectus, dated 21 October 2022, it was disclosed that
 B.R.G. (Geotechnics) Ltd., which holds 886,030 ordinary shares in the Company,
 had 50% of its shares held by Dave Blaney, a director of Unicorn, and his
 wife.

 Following a share buyback by B.R.G. (Geotechnics) Ltd., which completed on 1
 July 2023, neither Mr Blaney nor his wife have any shareholding in B.R.G.
 (Geotechnics) Ltd, which is now wholly owned by an independent third party.
 Mr Blaney will remain a director of B.R.G. (Geotechnics) Ltd until 31 January
 2024.
