Issue of Options and PDMR Disclosure

Unicorn Mineral Resources (LSE: UMR) announces that at Antony Legge, a
non-executive director of the Company, has been granted options over 100,000
ordinary shares in the Company.  The options are exercisable at 6.5p per
share, being the closing mid- price on 29 March 2023, at any time until 31
March 2028.

 

This announcement contains information which, prior to its disclosure, was
inside information as stipulated under Regulation 11 of the Market Abuse
