Result of AGM

 

Unicorn Mineral Resources (LSE: UMR), announces that at its Annual General
Meeting held at 10:30 a.m. today, all resolutions were duly passed. 5,199,765
proxy votes had been received before the meeting, representing 14.92% of the
issued share capital of the Company. All votes cast, whether in person or by
proxy, were in favour of the resolutions.
