Fnac Darty intends to buy Italy's Unieuro for 12 euros per share

July 16 (Reuters) - French retailer Fnac Darty FNAC.PA
intends to buy Italian consumer electronics distributor Unieuro
UNIR.MI and values it at 12.0 euros per share, it said on
Tuesday.
The offer would be made together with Ruby Equity
Investment, Fnac Darty said in a statement.
