ISTAT releases November foreign trade data (0900 GMT).
Bank of Italy releases November data on public finances,
state borrowing and debt.
COMPANIES
STELLANTIS STLAM.MI
The automaker is relying on airfreight to cope with
temporary supply disruptions caused by international shifts in
transport routes due to Houthi rebels attacks on vessels in the
Red Sea, a spokesperson said on Friday.
SAIPEM SPMI.MI
The engineering and construction group said on Friday it had
been barred from public contracts in Brazil for two years,
noting that the decision would not affect existing projects and
announcing it would appeal against it.
DOVALUE DOVA.MI
The Italian bad loan manager said on Friday its net loss in
the first nine months of 2023 was of 25.7 million euros, or
almost five times what it had previously reported, due to
impairments it booked on its Spanish operations.
RAI WAY RWAY.MI
A group of investors in the Italian TV towers group took
stance against a plan by state broadcaster RAI, Ray Way's
controlling shareholder, to cut its stake to 50% from 65% now,
several newspapers reported on Saturday. Funds Amber Capital,
Artemis Investment and Kairos Partner said in a letter to RAI's
board that its plan made no strategic sense and might further
delay a long-mooted combination between Rai Way and rival EI
Towers to create a national champion, the reports said.
UNIEURO UNIR.MI
The Italian consumer electronics retailer on Friday trimmed
its full-year revenue guidance for 2023/2024 as it reported a
year-on-year drop in sales in the first nine months.
