to A$0.155, posting their biggest intraday pct gain since July 8
    ** Gold-focused miner says it entered deal with adjoining
tenement holders to increase prospective Kalgoorlie tenement

    ** Also acquires Stark Resources, a private miner which
owned a portion of Kalgoorlie land package, located in Western
Australia
    ** Says recent positive sampling results provided impetus
for PVW to undertake the transaction
