Uniper works council to oppose sale of gas company, Handelsblatt reports June 3 (Reuters) - Uniper's UN0k.DE works council has informed the German finance ministry it would oppose the sale of the gas company to a strategic investor, German business newspaper Handelsblatt reported on Wednesday, citing the council's chairman, Martin Geilhorn.
